Chilton Library

ChiltonLibrary provides exclusive photographs, diagnostics designed by instructors, step-by-step repair procedures, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) maintenance schedules, wiring diagrams, recalls and Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) for automobiles and light trucks in one easy-to-use web site. Since this library subscribes to ChiltonLibrary, you are now equipped with decades of data to maintain your vehicle.
Gale's  Discovering Collection allows students to get the "whole picture" on any curriculum topic. Provide your students award-winning reference content from Gale and they will develop their critical-thinking skills by placing people, places, events and primary documents in context.

Moreover, PowerSearch provides your patrons with access to all the Gale content in your library's collection through one, single search query.

HeritageQuest Online allows you to search images of the U.S. Federal census records from 1790 up to 1930.  This database offers users over 20,000 book titles that inlude 8,000 family histories and over 12,000 local histories. 
Learning Express offers access to free interactive skill-building courses and a broad range of practice tests.
Missouri Digital Initiative  Through the Missouri Digital Heritage Initiative, the Missouri State Archives and the Missouri State Library, in partnership with the State Historical Society of Missouri, are assisting institutions across the state in digitizing their records and placing them online for easy access.  We invite you to explore our website and to join with us in celebrating our collective past.

You can now easily search across multiple resources for quick subject and database searching on a single page! This search includes some of the databases listed below such as Business Source and Discovering Collection. Additionally the search will include the St. Louis Post Dispatch and the Kansas City Star and other databases.

 

Search newspapers and magazines online. Titles include the St. Louis Post Dispatch,Time, U.S. News and World Report, Sports Illustrated, Newsweek, Fortune, Money, Real Simple, People, Parenting, and In Style. Also contains content for children: Time for Kids, Teen People and Sports Illustrated for Kids.

Online Book Clubs Every Monday through Friday, a 5-minute portion of a book will be emailed to you. By week's end you will have read 2-3 chapters. If you like the book, you can then check it out from the Library.

Sorkins provides business search capabilities and in-depth profiles for companies, subsidiaries, and  organizations in the ST. LOUIS, Kansas City, and Chicago metropolitan areas, and the surrounding counties in: IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MO, WI.
